Work IT Solution offers digital services including SEO, web development and app development. The service description, price and scope shown on the website may be supplemented by a quotation, project brief or written agreement.
2. Pricing
Our current public pricing page lists the following plan prices in Indian Rupees:

Customers should review the selected service and price before payment. Project requirements or additional work may require a separate quotation or written approval.
3. Online Payment
Online payments may be processed securely through Razorpay. A successful payment does not authorize Work IT Solution to request or collect the customer's card number, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN through support channels.
4. Order and Project Confirmation
After payment, we may contact the customer to confirm project requirements, content, access credentials, scope, timeline and deliverables. Work begins according to the agreed project scope and required customer inputs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and business information.
- Provide content, approvals and access required for the selected service.
- Ensure supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable period.
6. Service Delivery
Our services are primarily digital and are delivered electronically. Delivery timelines depend on scope, customer inputs, approvals and third-party dependencies. See the Service Delivery Policy.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any third-party costs already incurred for a project may affect refund eligibility where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership or licensing of final deliverables depends on the applicable project agreement and payment status. Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock assets and licenses remain subject to their respective terms.
9. Prohibited Use
Our services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or otherwise prohibited activities.
10. Service Availability and Third Parties
Some services may depend on third-party hosting, software, app stores, advertising platforms, APIs or other providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Work IT Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to applicable legal requirements.
